GOD'S MESSENGERS TRYOUTS

We are having our God's Messengers Dance Company auditions, TONIGHT at 7:15pm, here at Premier Dance Center. We are so excited for this year! We have a sweet group of girls getting ready to audition and great choreographers lined up!! This is going to be a life changing year for all of us!! Come share the gospel through dance, and feel of his spirit every week!

Life's Lessons Learned--while dancing!

Who knew that some of the most spiritual experiences I've had lately were going to be at rehearsals? It's just a testimony to me that truly EVERYTHING is centered around Christ and when you have His spirit with you things ALWAYS go better.

We've only got a week left before our show and I'm going to miss the Spiritual experiences/thoughts given to me during this rehearsal process.

• When's the last time you were truly thankful enough to Jesus for all He has done for you? have you ever thought to thank Him for your skin?
• How did YOU feel when the Savior was in Gethsemane?
• What's the second coming going to be like?
• How would it feel to have his hands placed on your head, his arms outstretched towards you, or even holding you in a close embrace?

This show has given me the chance to live in and CHERISH these moments and so many more. I'm so glad I have the opportunity to "praise Him with the dance" and combined two of the things I love the most! I know, it may be odd to leave a testimony on a blog, but I TRULY love the Savior and all He's done for me! Using this opportunity and others to get to know Him and look deeper into myself and strengthen our relationship has been such a blessing in my life!

a moment to ponder

In our busy lives sometimes we allow ourselves to get caught up in daily living. The "to do" lists get long, jobs get busier and busier, homework appears out of nowhere... and then comes that moment when you feel that God is trying to tell you something. TAKE that moment. live in that moment. cherish EVERYTHING you learn from it. Do as the prophets and apostles suggest and WRITE it down (preferably in a journal or somewhere you will find it later). God gives us personal guidance and inspiration. In our day to day living let's not be in such a hurry that we miss those pivotal moments, and those vital things that God is trying to tell us.

I had such a moment today at rehearsal and thanks to all those who contributed to the spirit there and who also shared that moment with me. I'll just end my thoughts with a scripture that came to mind, "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them." Matthew 18:20

well, we had Tim and Katasha Connor, Infinity Imagery, take our dance company pictures! They were great to work with and the pictures turned out GREAT! definitely look them up if you need a photoshoot. It was so much fun! Misty brought her camera and we took some fun pictures... let's just say our girls like to have fun! so here's a behind the scenes of the photoshoot. :)
